The Recovery Process for Breast Augmentation with Lift
Within about one week after your surgery, you can go about your normal day without too many changes. You should stay home from work and avoid driving while you are on pain medications, but you’ll be able to shower and walk around before then. No heavy lifting for four to six weeks. As for physical exercise, you shouldn’t do anything too intense for four to six weeks after your surgery. This includes activities such as jogging, biking, weightlifting and anything that puts too much strain on your arms and chest.
