Procedure

Bodytite® emits thermal energy through a cannula, underneath the skin, through a tiny incision made in the treatment area. The heat energy liquifies fat and incites collagen formation of the skin. This results in skin contraction and a more toned appearance. To help patients avoid pain, a local anesthetic is applied to the treatment area. Patients will notice an improvement in the skin immediately, however, they will see a continuous improvement over the following several weeks. Patients will be able to see the final results after several months, but the procedure does not require touch-up procedures. To get better volume reduction, the procedure is sometimes combined with liposuction.

The Recovery

BodyTite® is minimally invasive, but you might experience some redness, swelling, soreness and bruising after the treatment. These symptoms should reduce within 1-2 weeks. Although the results of BodyTite® are permanent, we recommend that you maintain a healthy lifestyle to prevent future weight gain.
