Aesthetician

Sarah Head has been bringing glow and confidence to patients since 2012! She specializes in lasers, aesthetic treatments, and medical-grade skincare, and loves helping clients find the perfect routine just for them.

A graduate of the Aveda Institute, Sarah also earned her Professional Laser License at the Texas Laser Institute. She’s certified in Laser Hair Removal, Microneedling, RF Microneedling, BBL Heroic, Halo, Chemical Peels, IPL therapy, and Dermaplane — basically, if it’s advanced skincare, she’s got you covered!

Always learning and staying ahead of the latest trends, Sarah makes sure her patients leave looking and feeling their absolute best.

Holly Hundl, FNP-C

Nurse Practitioner

Hi!! My name is Holly Hundl, and I am a Nurse Practitioner at Yarish Plastic Surgery in Lake Jackson, Texas. After graduating from high school, I chose to serve my country and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps (best decision of my life). After four years of military service, I returned to school to pursue nursing and spent seven years working as an ICU nurse. Those years caring for critically ill patients shaped my passion for helping people through some of the most important moments in their lives.

I later earned my Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center and spent five years in primary care before joining Yarish Plastic Surgery and Med Spa. Becoming part of this practice has been one of the best decisions of my career. I genuinely love coming to work each day and helping patients feel confident, healthy, and like the best version of themselves.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping women navigate menopause and hormonal changes so they can feel balanced, energized, and like themselves again. Watching someone regain their confidence and well-being is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Outside of the office, I love spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, and unwinding with a nice glass of Prosecco. I also believe strongly in the connection between mindset and health. One quote that has always stuck with me from Dr. Joe Dispenza is: “If your thoughts have the power to make you sick, do they not also have the power to make you well?” It’s a reminder that our mindset, health, and well-being are deeply connected

Kimberly Avery, BSN, RN

Kimberly Avery, BSN, RN, joined Town & Country Plastic Surgeons & Med Spa with one goal: to help patients look and feel like the best version of themselves. A Houston native with over ten years of nursing experience, Kimberly has spent her career putting patients first — from the neuroscience ICU to the operating room to the aesthetic treatment chair. That clinical foundation shapes everything she does, giving her patients the confidence that they are in exceptionally skilled and caring hands.

Kimberly specializes in a comprehensive range of aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators such as Sculptra, PRP and PRF, traditional microneedling, radiofrequency microneedling, and laser treatments using the industry-leading Sciton platform. She takes a personalized, results-driven approach to every consultation — taking the time to truly listen, understand each patient’s unique goals, and design a treatment plan that delivers natural, beautiful, and lasting outcomes. Her background in surgical and critical care nursing means patient safety and comfort are always her highest priorities.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UTHealth Houston and is currently advancing her education with a Master of Science in Nursing. She is deeply committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine — regularly pursuing advanced training, attending industry conferences, and immersing herself in the latest innovations in regenerative aesthetics, laser technology, and skin restoration. Outside the treatment room, Kimberly is an avid traveler who finds inspiration in experiencing new cultures and cuisines, a self-proclaimed foodie always on the hunt for Houston’s next great restaurant, a fitness enthusiast, and a devoted dog mom to her French Bulldog, Penelope. When she’s not traveling or trying Houston’s latest restaurants, you’ll find her in the garden, spending time with family, or convincing Penelope that the couch is not for bulldogs — a battle she is losing. She believes that taking care of yourself from the inside out is the foundation of true confidence, and she looks forward to welcoming you to Town & Country and to being a trusted, long-term partner in your aesthetic journey.
